Eric joined Frogmore Estates plc in November 1979. In the 10 years prior to joining Frogmore, he worked at British Airports Authority, Conrad Ritblat and Hirshfields. Eric has been responsible for the asset management of the real estate portfolio. Notable projects have been the AMP Portfolio, Axa Portfolio and Meadow Portfolio's where he oversaw all three major projects through from acquisition, to implementation of the business plans and the exit strategies.

Eric won the Property Awards industrial "deal of the year" in 2008 for his letting of a 600,000 sq.ft. warehouse in Daventy to Tesco's with a subsequent sale to a major institution. Also whilst at Frogmore he served for five years on the Board of HQ Business Centres (the service business space operator) headquartered in San Francisco. Eric is currently managing the FREP I and FREP2 Joint Ventures which includes a landmark block of retail and office accommodation in Oxford Street, London.
