Oriana, Oxford Street/ Tottenham Court Road, London W1
A 50/50 Partnership with Land Securities Group Plc in respect of two blocks of retail and office accommodation (totalling approximately 220,000 sq ft) at the eastern end of Oxford Street at the junction with Tottenham Court Road. Acting as asset manager, Frogmore secured the pre letting of 141,000 sq ft store for Primark. The associated construction work to form the new unit by combining and extending five existing stores was completed in Spring 2012.
Belle Vale Shopping Centre, Liverpool
A district shopping centre located to the south east of Liverpool city centre, comprising 50 retail units and anchored by Wilkinsons, Argos and Morrisons.

The Apex and Garden Court (formerly Westel House), Ealing
A former university building of 75,125 sq.ft. (net internal area). Completion of the purchase occurred in October 2007 when the vendor gave vacant possession. The building is located close to Ealing town centre, a commercial, retail and residential suburb of West London with excellent road, rail and public transport links to Central London.
The original business plan strategy envisaged returning the building to full office use and the extension of the existing structure, together with a new wing, to increase the net lettable area to circa 135,000 sq.ft. of offices.

The site and intended development is of 0.6 acres which has planning consent for demolition and development of 60 private residential units, 16 affordable residential units, 19,946 sq.ft. commercial above 50 car parking spaces.

A portfolio of 20 residential retirement parks in 17 locations across the south of England with a total of 1,430 pitches of which 1,225 were income producing when purchased. The strategy enabled successful implementation of asset management and enhanced sales.

The conversion of a new warehouse into a tier III, six hall data centre totalling approximately 26,700 sq.ft. of net technical space.
Hive
A high specification student building constructed in 2009 comprising 203 student studio apartments with lettings with income generated on a direct basis from students.
Heyford
A freehold site of 1,231 acres that comprises approximately 395,000 sq.ft. of residential accommodation in 314 dwellings and 2 million sq.ft. of commercial space. Planning consent was obtained for 1,075 homes on the site.
South Place Hotel, London EC3
