A former university building of 75,125 sq.ft. (net internal area). Completion of the purchase occurred in October 2007 when the vendor gave vacant possession. The building is located close to Ealing town centre, a commercial, retail and residential suburb of West London with excellent road, rail and public transport links to Central London.
The original business plan strategy envisaged returning the building to full office use and the extension of the existing structure, together with a new wing, to increase the net lettable area to circa 135,000 sq.ft. of offices.
