Paul Bray joined Frogmore in 2004 as Finance Director and has been heading the firm’s finance function since that time. Paul, a Chartered Accountant, brings 27 years of experience to Frogmore and is a key member of the Investment Committee.
Paul’s responsibilities include financial reporting, cash flow management, corporate structuring and taxation matters at Frogmore. In addition, he works closely with the Investment Team on all corporate finance focused acquisitions and realisations.
Paul started his career with United Bank of Kuwait (now Ahli United Bank) in 1994 as a Senior Credit Analyst and later specialised investing in Convertible Bonds. He has also worked at Heron International, Marylebone Warwick Balfour (MWB) Business Exchange and MWB Konnect.
Paul trained and qualified with Coopers & Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers) as a Chartered Accountant in 1989.
